He has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management and particularly specializes in employee relations, terms and conditions and employment law and regularly appears representing clients at Employment Tribunals throughout the country.

With an original background in the finance sector and operations management for a national retail chain, he has a sound understanding of business as well as specialist HR knowledge and experience.
